Bulin 47 AI Video Not Working? Common Problems and Fixes
Troubleshoot Bulin 47 AI photo uploads, unconfirmed requests and failed videos. Learn when to retry, wait, check your allowance or contact support.
If your Bulin 47 AI video is not working, first check where it stopped: uploading the photo, submitting the request or generating the video. Each needs a different next step. This guide covers problems on Bulin 47 AI; for the normal creation process, see the full step-by-step guide.
Before starting again, open My videos and check whether your request already has a task. A connection error does not necessarily mean generation failed. If you have just paid, check Billing before buying another pack.
1. The photo will not upload
Sign in and confirm the photo authorization before choosing a file. You must be at least 18, have the right to upload it and use a photo of yourself or an adult who has authorized this use. Photos of celebrities, public figures or minors are not allowed.
The uploader accepts JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB. If your file is HEIC or another unsupported format, export a JPEG copy first. Renaming the extension does not convert the image. If the original file exceeds 10 MB, reduce its size before selecting it; the size check happens before the site's automatic compression.
For a slow upload, try a more stable connection. Then follow the action shown on screen:
- Upload failed or timed out: tap Retry when it appears below the error. This retries the selected photo's upload.
- You tapped Cancel upload: tap Choose one photo and select the photo again. Canceling clears the selection; it does not leave an upload Retry button.
- Your saved photo expired or could not be verified: upload it again before creating the video.
Uploading a photo and creating a video are separate steps. A failed upload is not a failed video task.
2. The site could not recognize a subject
This message means the photo did not pass the subject check. It does not identify the exact reason, so avoid assuming every rejection is caused by poor lighting.
Try a clear photo of one adult with the face, hair and upper body visible. Avoid a tiny subject in the distance, heavy blur or objects covering the person. Better light and closer framing may help, but they do not guarantee acceptance or a particular generated result.
3. You see “We could not confirm your request”
The site has not confirmed whether your submission created a task. Keep the selected photo and check the same request before starting a new one.
Use the Retry button on the creation form, or open My videos to look for the task. Here, Retry checks the existing request; it is different from retrying an upload. Do not switch photos or submit from another tab while the request remains unconfirmed.
If the task appears, follow its status. If the request still cannot be confirmed, contact support with your account email and the error you see.
4. The video is still queued or processing
Queued and Processing mean the task is still active, not that it has failed. The site advises allowing about 15 minutes, depending on the queue; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
You can leave the page and return to My videos to check it. Closing the tab does not cancel a submitted generation. Avoid starting another video just because the first has not finished.
If you see “The task status could not be refreshed”, tap Retry in the task card. This requests an updated status; it does not create another video. If the task stays unresolved, send its ID and submission time to support rather than repeatedly creating new tasks.
5. The task says Failed
A confirmed failed task automatically starts the return of the video allowance it used. The page distinguishes “Your video allowance is being returned automatically” from “Your video allowance has been returned.” Wait for the return to be confirmed before relying on that allowance for another attempt.
Read the failure message before trying again:
- The safety filter blocked the photo: use another permitted photo of yourself or an adult who has agreed to it. Do not try to bypass the filter.
- The video could not be generated: try another clear photo of one person once the allowance is available. A different photo does not guarantee success.
An allowance return lets you try another generation; it is not a refund of your payment to your card. For payment refund questions, see the refund policy. If the failed task's allowance remains unavailable, contact support with the task ID.
6. You paid, but cannot create a video
If the page is still checking your allowance after checkout, wait for that check. If it says the allowance has not updated, use the Retry button in the payment notice to check again. Do not pay again while the first payment is being confirmed.
If the page cannot confirm the checkout, open Billing and check the order using the account you purchased with. Contact support if the order and available allowance do not match; include the order ID and account email.
What to send to support
Use the contact page if the steps above do not resolve the issue. Include:
- Your account email
- The task ID or order ID, if available
- The exact error message and roughly when it happened
- Your device and browser, plus a screenshot of the error if useful
Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers. For phone-specific upload and download instructions, see making a Bulin 47 AI video on your phone.
