The Bulin 47 AI Trend Explained

What is the Bulin 47 AI trend?

The Bulin 47 AI trend is a meme in which people use AI to replace dembow artist Bulin 47 in his viral freestyle clip. The scene, the crowd and the freestyle stay the same; only the person performing changes. The result is a short, instantly recognizable video that people post on TikTok, Instagram Reels and X, usually with #Bulin47.

The original freestyle clip

The trend is built on a short video of Bulin 47 freestyling in front of a crowd, with phones recording him from every side. The line “soy Bulin 47” became the part everyone quotes. The clip is often shared alongside Kevin Wai and the song “Dame Hombro”, and many viewers first see it through the AI remixes rather than the original.

How the AI versions work

AI versions are character swaps. A creator takes the original freestyle scene and replaces Bulin 47 with another person while keeping the camera movement, the crowd and the sound. The most common versions are:

• Yourself — the classic version: you performing the freestyle
• Friends and family — swapping in a friend who has agreed to it
• Football players — people wearing their team's jersey, popular around the World Cup
• Cartoon and game characters — stylized versions that lean into the meme

Why it went viral

• It is instantly recognizable. The freestyle and the “soy Bulin 47” line are easy to spot in a few seconds.
• It is short. Fifteen seconds is enough to land the joke on any short-video feed.
• Everyone asks how it is done. Each viral version fills up with replies like “which AI tool is this?” and “¿cómo lo hacen?”, which pushes even more people to try it.

How to join the trend

You can make your own version with one photo: upload a clear photo of yourself on Bulin 47 AI, and you get a 15-second vertical video with the freestyle sound in about 15 minutes. The step-by-step guide covers which photo works best and how to post the result.

Keep it respectful

Use only your own photo or a photo of an adult who has agreed to it. Do not use photos of celebrities, public figures or minors, and do not present a swapped video as real footage of someone else. Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their labels.
