Bulin 47 AI Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Products

We deliver a digital photo-to-video service, not physical goods. A video pack is a one-time purchase. After Stripe confirms payment, the purchased allowance is added to your account. A pending payment is not a completed purchase; avoid paying again while its status is unclear.

Video Delivery

Upload an authorized photo, accept the required confirmations and submit a generation. Processing is asynchronous. Task status and successfully generated videos appear in My videos. Completion time depends on the AI provider and technical conditions; there is no guaranteed deadline.

Failed tasks automatically return the deducted allowance. A delayed task or an inaccessible result may require support review. See the Refund Policy.

File Access

Download videos you want to keep. Retention and expiry information is shown in the service where available; permanent storage is not guaranteed. Direct file links may be accessible to anyone who obtains them.

For missing allowance, delayed tasks or inaccessible files, email support@bulin47ai.org with your account email and order or task ID.
