Information We Process

We process account identifiers, email and login details; uploaded photos; generation requests, task status and generated videos; payment and allowance records; support messages; and technical information needed for security and diagnostics. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.

Purpose and Providers

We use this information to authenticate you, process your photo, deliver videos to My videos, apply purchased allowances, return allowances for failed tasks, investigate problems, handle support and rights complaints, and prevent abuse.

Photos and task inputs are sent through KIE and the underlying AI provider used for the request. We use Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage, Stripe for payments, and Google for sign-in when enabled. Providers may process data outside your country under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information or use uploads in public marketing without separate permission.

Photos, Links, and Retention

Upload only photos you have the rights and consent to use. Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information.

We do not list your uploads or outputs in a public showcase. File delivery may use direct URLs; anyone who obtains such a URL may be able to access the file. Keep links private.

Storage periods and file expiry are shown in the service where available. Download videos you want to keep. Account, transaction, security and complaint records may be retained as needed for operations, disputes and legal obligations. Backups and third-party provider records may take additional time to expire. We do not promise immediate or complete deletion from third-party systems.

Cookies and Choices

Essential cookies support sign-in, security, language and preferences. Any analytics enabled on the site may collect usage information. You can manage browser cookies; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.
